Customer Requirements Before Dispatch of Aesthetic Medical Products

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions outline the mandatory customer requirements that must be fulfilled before the dispatch of any aesthetic medical products by CosmeticsAesthetic Medical Limited (“the Supplier”). All customers (“the Buyer”) are required to comply fully with these terms to ensure lawful and safe distribution of regulated medical products.

2. Proof of Professional Qualification

2.1 The Buyer must provide valid evidence of professional qualification or authorization to purchase and use medical aesthetic products.
2.2 Acceptable documentation includes, but is not limited to:

  • General Medical Council (GMC), Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), or General Dental Council (GDC) registration (for UK customers).
  • Equivalent national medical or aesthetic license for international customers.
  • Certificate of aesthetic or medical training issued by an accredited institution.

2.3 The Supplier reserves the right to reject any order if sufficient proof of qualification is not provided.

3. Business and Contact Details

3.1 The Buyer must provide accurate and verifiable business or clinic details, including:

  • Legal business/clinic name
  • Registered address
  • Contact email and telephone number

3.2 Products will only be dispatched to verified business or clinic addresses. Residential or P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted.

4. Verification Documents

4.1 Prior to the first order dispatch, the Buyer must submit the following documentation for verification:

  • Valid photo identification (passport or driver's license).
  • Proof of professional certification or license.
  • VAT registration or business certificate (if applicable).

4.2 Once verification has been successfully completed, subsequent orders may be processed without resubmission unless any details change.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
5.2 The Supplier reserves the right to withhold dispatch until payment has cleared and verification has been confirmed.
5.3 Any attempt at fraudulent payment or false information may result in order cancellation and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Delivery and Storage Conditions

6.1 The Buyer is responsible for ensuring authorized personnel are available to receive deliveries during business hours.
6.2 Upon receipt, the Buyer must store all aesthetic medical products according to manufacturer instructions:

  • Botulinum toxins: 2–8°C (refrigerated)
  • Dermal fillers and mesotherapy products: 15–25°C (room temperature, away from sunlight)
  • 6.3 The Supplier is not liable for any product degradation caused by delivery delays, improper storage, or handling after receipt.

7. Compliance and Lawful Use

7.1 The Buyer confirms that all products purchased will be used solely for lawful, professional, and ethical purposes in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.
7.2 The Buyer assumes full responsibility for product usage, patient safety, and professional compliance.
7.3 The Supplier reserves the right to cancel or refuse future orders from any Buyer found to be in breach of these requirements.

8. Acceptance of Terms

8.1 By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 These Terms form part of the purchase agreement between the Supplier and Buyer and remain binding for all current and future transactions.
