Delivery Responsibility

• The Buyer must ensure that authorized personnel are available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
• Upon receipt, the Buyer must inspect the delivery and store products according to manufacturer guidelines.
• The Supplier cannot be held responsible for product damage resulting from:
• Late collection
• Improper storage
• Mishandling after delivery

Returns and Claims

• Due to the medical nature of the products, returns are not accepted unless there is a documented shipping error or product defect.
• Any delivery issues or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, including photos if applicable.
• Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be considered.

We offer Free Delivery for orders over £150.

• Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are based on destination country and the final weight of your entire order.
• Standard UK delivery costs are from £9.80**

International Shipments

• For deliveries outside the UK, the Buyer is responsible for customs clearance, duties, and import regulations.
• The Supplier is not liable for delays or additional charges due to customs procedures.
